The Process
NOMINATIONS can be submitted by anyone with full anonymity. All nominations are collected, sorted, and reviewed by members of the Little Wars TV Academy of Historical Wargaming Media Arts & Sciences. The Academy considers a range of factors, including but not limited to production quality, editing, sound effects, skillful use of narration, miniature and terrain presentation, entertainment value, and consistent posting. The Academy curates a list of finalists in each category.
JUDGES are an independent panel of all-star hobby leaders who review the top nominees and vote for a final winner in each category, except one. The tenth award--"Favorite Wargaming YouTube Channel"--is awarded by popular fan vote.
The same weekend as some other show called The Oscars, The Caesar Awards are presented in a star-studded gala produced by Little Wars TV and aired on YouTube.
